Are you looking for the best podiatrist in Toronto?

There are approximately 40 podiatrists, or foot specialists, in Toronto and no one Toronto podiatry office can claim to have the best podiatrist in Toronto. Only satisfied patients can decide who is Toronto's best podiatrist.

You should look for a podiatrist with experience, a podiatrist who is knowledgeable, and stays current by regularly attending cotinuing education seminars.

COVID-19 Update

Due to recent changes in instructions from the Ontario government and our regulatory college to Ontario podiatrists, we are now able to see patients with most foot and ankle related problems at our Toronto podiatry office.

Consequently, you may now book appointments Monday through Thursday by calling us at 416-486-9917.
At the foot clinic of Sheldon Nadal, Doctor of Podiatric Medicine, our priority is the health and safety of our patients, staff and local community.

Consequently, we have put in place the following regimen:

Social distancing

We are reducing the number of patients seen each day in order to avoid crowding the waiting room.

We urge patients to come to their appointments on their own if possible, or with just one caregiver, if needed, at the most.

We will bring you directly into a treatment room as soon as possible after you arrive to avoid congregating in the waiting room.

Personal protective equipment (PPE)

Please wear a mask in our office.

We provide hand sanitizer at the front desk for you to use upon entering and leaving our office.

We will check your temperature prior to bringing you into a treatment room. Our staff will also have had their temperature taken each morning when they arrive at our office.

All staff will clean their hands with soap and water or hand sanitizer between patients and will wear masks and disposable gloves.

Further precautions

All patients are screened for possible exposure to COVID-19 or symptoms of COVID-19 prior to their appointment and again when they arrive at our office.

Each treatment room is equipped with a TrueHEPA air purifier which captures up to 99.7% of microscopical particulates and germs or small as 0.3 microns in size.

Plastic tote boxes are provided to store your coat while you are in our office. The totes are cleaned after each use.

Door handles and work surfaces are cleaned regularly.

As always, all surgical instruments and all hand instruments used for treatments are cleaned and sterilized prior to each use.

If you have any symptoms of the flu or COVID-19 such as coughing, sore throat, fever, body aches, shortness of breath, loss of taste or smell, "stomach flu" symptoms such as diarrhea or abdominal pain, or if you think you may have been exposed to someone with COVID-19, please call us at 416-486-9917 to reschedule your appointment.

Please stay safe and we look forward to helping you.
Sincerely,
Sheldon Nadal, DPM
