54-year-old woman had bunion surgery by Toronto podiatrist 4 years ago

On February 23, 2015, a very lovely 54-year-old lady from Toronto, Mary Ellen, came in for her annual orthotics check-up to make sure her orthotics were still functioning properly. She had her left bunion and Tailor's bunion, or bunionette, treated by me using minimally invasive bunion and bunionette surgery on December 16, 2010, or a little bit more than 4 years ago. The foot surgery was performed in my Toronto podiatry office with local anesthetic.
Her before and after bunion pictures appear below.

As you can see, there is no sign of reocurrence. Although there are no guarantees, in most cases, when minimally invasive foot surgery is performed, the deformities do not reoccur.
